What means deep sleep?That is like a Economical mode like in Windows 7?

You’re released Jelly Bean! And Wifi Is working faster that before. So you fixed the needed, and the camera too, maybe if The BTHT not working now, it’s not important, most important in Gio’s it’s camera and wifi, other options would be needed later, s It’s not really important the bluetooth.

The battery ends very fast when i open wi-fi or camera…. in 9 minuites fall 60 %!!!!
Please repair problems with sounds(when i listen music in headphones) ,notification play with sound while receive the sms .

Some small issues:
- The voice search/recognition by google doesn’t work
- The camera doesn’t work with some application ( LINE Camera, Camera FX )
- The TTS doesn’t work (any engine)

can’t use instagram app on my Samsung Gio. can you guys make sure that the instagram app works in JellyBean AOSP alpha3. PLZ and thanyou.
of course, Instagram works on all ROMS !
Why not try an app called Airdroid? U can use it to transfer files between any 2 devices connected on the same Wi Fii network
from the comments I read that USB connections doesen’t work. So if I install Alpha2 can I install ICS like an update(without wipe) so I can connect the phone via USB so I can copy the next release of JB?
You can always use UMS in recovery ;p

Maclaw and Marcin could you guys please compile a tun.ko for your rom?I ad I assume many others would like to use OpenVPN or DroidVPN or your awesome roms! I know you guys can do it because you are awesomely good at making all if this! The camera works so this tun.ko must be a piece of cake for both of you!
is it any possibility for sd-ext with AOSP ?
First you have to install this http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=9390248398092764054 to add init.d support to your rom and then you can copy a script to etc/init.d
Another small issue:
- Using the gallery I cannot see the pictures because of all them are treated like videos ( which obviously you cannot play ). If you take a Picture you can see it in the Gallery but after a while it follow the same destiny: a video.
Am I doing sth wrong?
I have same problem, after cleaned the cache and kill ram by CleanerMaster App, befor it’s good work.
seriously, the best ROm in a long time for our Ace. Battery life is phenomenal. Speed and stavbility are way better than in other CM10 and JB ROMs. Hands down, you are unbelievable. Thank you very much

No! you can’t. . . It’s only for S5830B/L models.

Since compass is working in JB alpha , is it possible to port it to ICS?
I find that AOSP ICS RC3 is much smoother than JB alpha2. Will JB be as smooth as ICS someday? Or, is it the requirement or something that makes JB slow on Ace?

I just discovered that installing Chainfire 3D drivers on this rom make my Gio don’t boot…on ICS RC3 it was working without problem…and my battery is draining faster than ICS RC3…

Can you add insert contac number on memssaging, its very important for me, some says Jelly Bean remove that function.
